Work on the latest phase of our development programme is now well underway in Sheffield. In partnership with Sigma Capital Group plc and ENGIE’s Regeneration division (formerly Keepmoat Regeneration) 333 new homes will be delivered via two new housing schemes; in the Manor neighbourhood (Prince’s Gardens) and in Norfolk Park (East Hill Gardens). The new homes will provide a mix of open market sale and private rented units.
