Sheffield Council Leader, Cllr Julie Dore was pleased to announce today that planning permission will be submitted for 305 new homes in Sheffield.

These new homes will be developed on three sites across Sheffield at Falstaff, Norfolk Park and Shirecliffe by Sheffield Housing Company, a consortium of Sheffield City Council, Great Places Housing Group and Keepmoat Homes.

Cllr Dore said: “I am immensely proud that we are now pressing ahead with the developments. The new houses will be spacious and high quality, of different sizes to accommodate a variety of households, and some will also be suitable for people with mobility problems.”
