We are a joint venture housing and regeneration company, established in 2011 by Sheffield City Council (50% shareholder), with Keepmoat Homes and Great Places Housing Group (jointly 50% shareholders).

Sheffield Housing Company draws on the knowledge and expertise of its partners to deliver housing that will be desirable to residents of Sheffield for generations to come.  Land and strategic housing knowledge is provided by Sheffield City Council and development, sales and estate management expertise by our private sector partners.
