Future Sites

As well as our completed and active developments we have an approved pipeline of future development sites located around Sheffield. These sites are as follows:

• Clay Wood- Granville
• Corker Bottoms- Manor
• Daresbury- Arbourthorne
• Deerlands- Parson Cross
• Manor 5 & 9- Manor
• Norfolk Park 10- Norfolk Park

Current estimates suggest that the above sites could deliver something in the region of 300+ new homes and we will be working over the coming months and years to ensure that these developments come to fruition.
